Here’s a roundup of the new capabilities and enhancements to Watershed's platform that have come out in the past month.
Separate utilities and building permissions
You can now assign permissions for utilities and building data individually in Manage facilities. Users with those permissions can only edit the data for the buildings and/or utilities assigned to them.
Additional metrics and filters in Supply chain
On the supply chain page, we've added a new emissive spend column, advanced filtering capabilities, and new filters for sorting suppliers by industry, task completion, or program initiative.
Carbon methodology now includes biogenic emissions
We regularly update our methodologies to keep our customers' measurements as accurate as possible. Biogenic emissions are GHG emissions that result from the combustion, decomposition, or processing of biomass-derived materials. These emissions will now be calculated and reported separately in Watershed—satisfying a requirement for both the GHG Protocol and CSRD. Biogenic emissions will be included for electricity, fuels, district heating, and vehicles.
Easier-to-navigate Disclosures & reports homepage
You can now quickly access your recent reports from a new list view. In addition, the carousel of supported report types has been converted to a simple list view. Clicking one of the supported report types in the list will now always take you to start a new report.
We hope you enjoy exploring these new capabilities!
