Watershed event

Surfacing supply chain inefficiencies and risk through sustainability

Date
Time

Join Watershed, Deloitte and AdventHealth for a discussion on how you can use sustainability programs to surface value opportunities in your supply chain and set up the organizational programs to turn those insights into benefits -- from changing procurement processes, engaging suppliers for action and staying ahead of the disruptions in your supply chains. We'll examine why most companies struggle to bridge the gap between "we found inefficiencies and risk" and "we fixed them," and provide frameworks for building internal capabilities that systematically convert insights into benefits.

Key takeaways include:

  • Data analysis techniques to identify and quantify supply chain inefficiencies and over-dependencies
  • How to build business cases for supply chain changes and compete successfully against other capital allocation requests
  • Proven solutions in complex supply chain environments that drive value and reduce risks
