Become the AI expert your sustainability team doesn’t have (yet).
The Watershed AI Fellowship is an eight-week program to help sustainability professionals become AI leaders.
AI is already changing how sustainability teams work: speeding up reporting cycles, surfacing reduction opportunities, making sense of messy supplier data. But most sustainability professionals are figuring it out alone, squeezing in experiments between reporting deadlines.
The Watershed AI Fellowship gives you dedicated time, expert guidance, and a peer group to move from experimenting to leading. Over three months, you'll work alongside Watershed's AI product leaders and a select cohort of peers to build real AI workflows for your company, and share what you learn with others.
Sustainability work needs to move faster. We believe AI will be a crucial accelerant—and this fellowship will bring together the people showing what's possible for the field.

The fellowship runs May 12 through June 30, 2026.
- Weeks 1–4: Build your foundation. In weekly virtual sessions, you'll get grounded in the details of cutting edge AI models, then apply AI tools directly to your sustainability work. Teaching sessions cover how to use AI at each stage of the sustainability lifecycle—from data collection and measurement, to reporting and disclosure, to reduction planning and action—and how to tackle the sustainability problems that have been hardest to solve without it.
- Weeks 5–8: Refine, share, sharpen. Sessions shift to biweekly workshops. You'll bring the AI workflows you've been building at your company, pressure-test them with Watershed AI experts and your fellow cohort members, and sharpen them based on what's working and where you’re blocked.
- Throughout the program: Small-group briefings with Watershed's climate science and policy experts, early access to our newest AI features, and direct feedback sessions with our product and engineering teams.
