He advises companies, investors, and governments on regulatory environmental, social, and governance (ESG), international trade, and public policy matters. He has particular experience advising clients on the European Union’s Green Deal, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), EU Forced Labor Products Ban, and Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM).
