Annette Nazareth

Annette Nazareth

Annette L. Nazareth is the Chair of the Integrity Council for the Voluntary Carbon Market (ICVCM), an independent governance body for the voluntary carbon market. Annette has devoted significant attention to virtually all aspects of the body’s workstreams and has represented the Integrity Council in venues across the globe.

Annette has decades of experience in financial services regulation and corporate governance. She currently serves as Senior Counsel at the global law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell, having previously served as a Partner of the firm and the head of the Washington DC office. Annette also led the firm’s Trading and Markets practice within the Financial Institutions Group. She was a key player in U.S. financial services regulation for nearly a decade, most notably as a Commissioner of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and as the SEC’s Director of the Division of Trading and Markets.

Rob Whittier

Rob Whittier

As Head of Sustainability and Climate, Rob leads Visa’s global clean energy and climate programs including the implementation of Visa’s climate action plan and progress towards their 2040 net-zero targets. Rob also leads Visa’s programs around supplier engagement on climate and ESG, employee engagement and sustainability, and sustainable travel and commuting, and supports the development of new products and solutions for Visa’s clients and partners in financial services and fintech.

Rob has 20 years of experience in sustainability and energy including leading sustainability for Vail Resorts, as Director of Sustainability and adjunct Professor at Northwestern University, and as one of the original architects of Deloitte’s Sustainability and Climate Change practice.

José Reyes

José Reyes

José Reyes is Director of Carbon at Toroto, a Mexico-based developer of nature-based solutions. He leads the company’s carbon business unit, developing territorial carbon projects across Mexico that connect climate action, ecosystem restoration, and environmental finance, helping scale high-integrity carbon supply while strengthening rural economies and supporting corporate climate strategies.

Amberlyn Saw

Amberlyn Saw

Amberlyn is a Product Lead at Watershed focused on making decarbonization accessible to companies of any size. Her leadership spans the development of innovative solutions and partnerships across carbon, sustainable aviation fuel, and clean power products in emerging markets. She is the architect behind Watershed's carbon credit RFP, now in its second iteration, and works closely with Watershed's Science Advisory Board to drive corporate investments into high-impact projects.
